A little jar of happiness




I thought it was time to stop being so pessimistic and start celebrating all the wonderful things that I have in my life and all the things I enjoy but take for granted. So I decided to create a jar where I can write in one thing a day of something that makes me happy - which was a lot easier than I thought. I've been enjoying writing down one (sometimes more!) thing each day, its made me reflect on my day and use it like a mini dairy, putting simple things in there such as 'sunny days' or 'snuggles from the cat!'. I am looking forward to the jar being filled up so I can read all the notes I have put in and start all over again!

    I have heard of this before - I really want to try it. AndI love that jar - my husbands initals are JAM so I always love finding weird jam stuf that has all the ltters capitalized.
